Hazelnut Iced Coffee

Inspired by the brilliant Laura of Veg com Carinho, I have found a cheat’s version to a Nocciolino, without gelato, but with a quick & creamy homemade hazelnut milk that takes your iced coffee to the next level.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp smooth hazelnut butter
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 100 ml oat milk
  • 2 shots of espresso

Instructions
 

  • In a small jug of a food processor, blend together the hazelnut butter, maple syrup and oat milk.
  • Make the espresso shots and divide them over two glasses filled with ice. Then top equally with the hazelnut milk.
