Rooibos only grows in one region in the entire world: a small mountainous area in the Western Cape province of South Africa called the Cederberg. Locally, it’s long been hailed as a flavorsome herbal tea and it is now slowly gaining popularity abroad. But one variation of the tea is still virtually unknown outside of South Africa.
